From Ross to R&S: 70 Years of Building Better
In the 1950s, Ross Company revolutionized the industry by building America's first mobile concrete batch plant. That innovation put us on the map and set the CPMB standards still used today.
Under the leadership of Keith Ringler and Vann Stanford, the company was reborn as R&S Industries and rose to become one of the top three manufacturers in the nation — expanding into mixers, silos, conveyors, and complete production systems.
In 2024, Vann Stanford returned to lead R&S back to its roots of engineering excellence. Now operating under the Liddell Industries banner, R&S is once again delivering the quality and innovation the concrete industry demands.
